Amberwick Floor Lamp brings a polished focal point to living rooms and bedrooms. It is available in a choice of 3 finishes and uses metal, making it easy to coordinate with contemporary interiors.

Amberwick Floor Lamp combines modern lines with metal and a choice of 3 finishes. The considered form gives the floor lamp a decorative presence without overpowering the room.

Lighting details include integrated LED lighting, up to 21W, 2400 lumens, IP20. Its overall size is W45 x H205 x D165 cm. Use it in living rooms and bedrooms, allowing suitable clearance and following the supplied installation guidance.

Delivery
Delivery is free of charge for orders over £100 (£6.99 for orders under £100) for delivery within England, Wales and Central Scotland on most items with a few exceptions which are noted before payment is processed. Charges for deliveries outside this area are available on request. We only deliver to the door of any house/apartment, except when arranged separately at time of order which may incur an additional charge. If you believe your delivery address is outside England, Wales and Central Scotland then please contact us before you attempt to place an order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, customers will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order or cancelling.

Returns Policy
We offer a no-quibble returns policy and will happily exchange or refund any product that is unsuitable for whatever reason that is purchased online (UK ONLY) excluding bespoke items that have been made to your specifications. However, the Buyer must return the item or items to us, at their own expense within 7 days in the same condition and packaging in which the item or items were delivered. Missing items will be deducted from your refund. Once the goods have been received and inspected a refund for the cost of the items returned will be issued within 7-14 days.

If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, you must take care of them until returned to us. If reasonable care is not exercised, we may make a claim against you for not exercising this statutory duty. Please ensure that the goods are maintained in a saleable condition, complete with instructions and fixings and in their original packaging. Lights and self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to be faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: if the product arrives at Portrack Lighting Centre damaged, you are responsible for claiming against the courier that you have contracted.

Damaged or faulty Goods

The buyer must notify Portrack Lighting Centre of any damages or defects within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. Please note that the courier will ask you to sign for the goods on delivery. If you have not been given an opportunity to examine the goods, please sign for them “unexamined.” If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, then please sign the delivery paperwork as “package damaged” or if you so wish, refuse the delivery.

Portrack Lighting Centre will pay for the return carriage of damaged or faulty goods.
Regarding damaged or faulty goods Portrack Lighting Centre will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer, these include but are not limited to, Electrician fees, loss of earnings, etc.

If you do not comply with your obligations above, we will not agree to the refund or may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur (For example in respect of wasted collection journeys or goods that you have damaged or lost). Your statutory rights are not affected.

BANK TRANSFERS
Please contact our Customer Service team by telephone on (01642) 704104 where we can provide you with our account details for you to arrange a BACS transfer.
 
Once the BACS payment is complete we recommend you contact Customer Services by telephone, or email to confirm that payment has been made.
 
Once payment has cleared into our account we can then begin the order process.
